About Our Apparel

What kind of apparel do you sell?

We sell super-soft tees and comfortable apparel that celebrate the Midwest! You may see specific designs for some states or cities, and we are working to add more locations each week!

What materials are your shirts made from?

Our shirts are made of ringspun cotton and polyester blends that give you the ultimate super-soft feel.

How do I know what size to order?

You'll find a size chart available on the product page of every item we sell! Just look for the Size Chart field and expand it.

How should I care for my Heartland Stitch apparel?

Since each product is unique, you'll see care instructions detailed on the product page. You'll also see care instructions on the tag of your new items when they arrive!

Are you designs printed or embroidered?

We offer both printed and embroidered tees! You'll see in the details of the product page whether the item you're looking at is printed or embroidered.

Ordering & Production

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Because each piece is made with care specifically for you, our apparel is printed or embroidered upon order. This means your unique item typically takes 3-4 business days to produce before it ships out.

Can I customize a design or request a new one?

We do not offer services for customizing individual orders, but if you have a thought for a new design we can add to the store, please let us know!

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

We have a limited window for changing or cancelling orders before they go into production by the printing team. While we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation, you can reach out to us at hello@heartlandstitch.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already gone into production, you will need to wait until your order is delivered for a return or exchange.

What is your return policy?

We offer 45-days for returns and exchanges, with a few exceptions. Please see our Returns page for more details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full refunds as long as your return meets our return policy guidelines. Please see our Returns page for more details.

What if my order arrives defective or is incorrect?

We strive for quality and order accuracy here at Heartland Stitch! If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

We will need a photo of the item(s) and your order number emailed to us at hello@heartlandstitch.com. From there, we will work with you to get the item replaced or offer a full refund.

Where is Heartland Stitch located?

We are based out of the Chicagoland area, with print shops in North Carolina and Texas.

What inspires your designs?

We get our designs from shared experiences, inside jokes, and unique character from the Midwest and the cities and states we offer designs for.
