Our Happiness Guarantee: Easy Returns at Heartland Stitch 🌻

We want you to absolutely love every piece you bring home from Heartland Stitch! We pour our heart into creating unique apparel and accessories, and your satisfaction means the world to us. If for any reason your order isn't quite what you hoped for, we're here to help make it right with a straightforward return process.

Our Return Window:

You have 45 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. This generous window gives you plenty of time to receive your new favorite, try it on for fit, and make sure it truly brings you joy!

To Be Eligible for a Return, Your Item Must Be:

  • Unwashed and Unworn: Please ensure items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition (aside from trying on for fit, of course!).
  • Original Condition & Tags: Returned with all original tags still attached. We also kindly ask that you keep items in their original packaging, if possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process your return smoothly.

How to Start a Return:

To begin your return, simply reach out to our team! Please contact us at hello@heartlandstitch.com, or fill out the Contact Form on our website. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return, and we'll happily guide you through the next steps.

A Few Things Cannot Be Returned:

While we aim for smiles with every order, a few special items are non-returnable:

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" (like those super rare finds at deep discounts).
  • Gift cards.
  • Any custom or personalized items created just for you, unless there's a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective of damaged, please reach out to use right away with a photo of the issue. We'll happily work with you to find a perfect solution, whether it's a replacement or a refund - we want to ensure your Heartland Stitch experience is a happy one!
